In the northern catchment area of the metropolis of Munich and the district town of Dachau, a residential neighbourhood consisting of a total of 14 residential units is being built. The ensemble of a semi-detached house, a three-storey building and an apartment block with 9 owner-occupied flats ensures a good mix of different types of housing.
